Emergency Medical Services Training Center (EMSTC) The Kingdom of Doctors established the center for learning and training in Saudi Arabia in cooperation with the South East Asia Prehospital Emergency Care College (SEAPHECC) & Australian Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (AREMT), allowing each trainee to learn and practice emergency medicine to ensure emergency pre-hospital care.
